Whether you’re exhausted from trying to do it all in both your personal and professional life, you feel stuck in role that isn’t fulfilling to you, or you just don’t feel appreciated in life; I’m here as your personal coach. This single session is the sure-fire way to get you started, or re-started if you have worked with me in the past and feel like you need a little more heat. We will spend time focusing on the burning questions that you have or the biggest fears that are holding you back from your dreams.

• 6 hours of Individualized Coaching, offered in 30, 45, or 60 minutes or schedule all 6 hours as a mini-retreat. All sessions will take place over a consecutive 3 month period.
• 1 customized writing prompt during each session to help you illuminate the time between our coaching sessions.
• Co-created assignments during each session to help you take consistent action towards your dreams.
• In addition, you’ll have 4 direct email correspondences with me between appointments.

• 28 hours of Individualized Coaching, offered in 30, 45, or 60 minutes or schedule all 13 hours as 2 separate two-day retreats. All sessions will occur over one year.
